For this reason, LADIES BEACH SUIT OTEL is in close contact with all relevant institutions and organizations and takes precautions to ensure your safety and health. According to this;

• Proper and frequent hand washing is vital to combat the spread of viruses. In our daily meetings, we remind all our teams that cleaning starts with this simple move.
• In addition to our Posi Procedures, Food & Water Safety and hygiene protocols trainings we carry out with our business partner TÜV SUD ,especially COVID-19 awareness training is regularly given to our cleaning staff and other hotel employees.
• Periodically , Our staff are gone through physical tests.
• At all our work stations, our areas are marked according to the physical distance rule (1.5 meters) and our staff's work according to the rules is monitored.
• According to the physical distance rule (1.5 meters), our seating groups in our public areas have been rearranged and distance strips have been applied.
• According to the physical distance rule, direction lanes have been applied to the floors of our general areas for going and coming.
• Measuring fevers are made at our guests’ & staffs’ entrance doors and restaurant entrances, and necessary protocols are applied in case a risky situation is detected.
• Our employees are provided with the opportunity of hand disinfection with personal protective equipment (such as masks, gloves, aprons, visors) suitable for the working place, in contact with the guests and the environment and training is constantly given on the usage of them.
• Ventilation units are cleaned and disinfected.
• 24/7 healthcare personnel provide service for our employees and guests at our hotels.
• According to the location of the facility, an independent block or floor is reserved for possible emergency applications.
• Our guest rooms are carefully cleaned, disinfected and ventilated by our housekeeping staff with masks, gloves and aprons with cleaning and disinfection products approved by the Ministry of Health.
• General area toilets are cleaned and disinfected every 30 minutes by our staff.
• The surfaces of door handles, lighting switches and elevator keys in all public areas are continuously disinfected.
• All of our products that we offer or produce are purchased from reliable suppliers. It is accepted and recorded after all necessary control and disinfection processes.
• Our service equipment is disposable for hygiene reasons and is replaced with a new one.
• Services from tea, coffee and beverage machines are provided by our staff.
• Tables and chairs are placed according to the social distance rule (1.5 meters) and are disinfected after each guest use.
